Sugar House

Our Sugar House operates during the sugaring season in early spring when the temperature in the day is above 40 degrees, and the temperature at night goes below freezing.

Off season, you can take a tour of the sugar house where there is photography documenting the sugaring process that takes place. The sap is boiled in a wood fueled evaporator, bottled and labeled by Worthington Pond Farm & Gardens. A portion of our syrup is donated to fundraising organizations and charities in Connecticut, and the balance is sold at the farm as supplies last.
